Ad spots

Below are a list of places we are ready to stick your ad. Our goal is always to blend the ads in the the look and feel of the site. If you have a graphic designer we will happily supply source art to assist in this, and if you don’t heck we’ll put it together for you.

Masthead ad board

This spot is prime. You get the board under Ask Trader Dan and Ask Bobbie. This is viewed on just about every page of CoTradeCo. You want exposure you got it. This spot is good for one month.

Masthead giant center billboard

This spot is beyond prime. Not only is it on every page, but it is huge, basically making you part of CoTradeCo. But because we use this spot to promote our own stuff you’ll have to offer something big to get this. This is the only spot where you are actually competing with Trader Dan himself, and he is a hard nose trader.

Inline in the Warehouse

This will give you a much more focused and obtrusive presence. We will include your promotion as a Category in the Aisles section in the Warehouse, a vendor in the Vendor Showroom section, and any Special Use that applies to you. You get the listing in the categories of the warehouse but also a product page to say whatever you need. Each inline ad gets one product ad listing. There is a limit here though, we will only list one inline ad per major top level category.

Sponsor a Warehouse category or a Community

Not only do you name the price, but you tell us how you would like us to modify the page to look. The price you name better be inline with the level of change you would like to make to focus your brand, product, or service. We will only accept bids on this where the suggested design/layout is still fully functional, still looks like it belongs at the trading post, and in no way impedes our ability to trade our own wares. Same thing for the Communities. Your sponsorship of a community must not impede access to the content of that community. But otherwise skies the limit, just remember that this is Trader Dan’s domain and unlike other ads around the site, he’s gonna wait a fair trade.

You name the spot

See somewhere you’d like to stick yer name in front of the CoTradeCo visitors? Doesn’t matter where or if we’ve ever put an ad there before. Try us. This one requires some creative thinking on your part, cause like the sponsorship ads, we want it to blend in and feel like part of the community.
